Effective governance is a foundational element for Growers by Nature that underpins the success and reputation of the company in the global fruit export market.

Growers by Nature is governed by Section 2 of the Agricultural Produce Agents Act (Act 12 of 1992), amended in the Amendment Act, N0.47 of 2003.

The role of APAC is to regulate to regulate and oversee the activities of agricultural produce agents or intermediaries involved in the marketing selling of agricultural product.
